Special Prize Winner Announcement

– We will contact the winners through Email after July 15, 2022 to begin arrangements for shipment of prizes.

  • All personal information collected will only be used for the purpose of shipping prizes to the winners of the Campaign.
  • The Company may not respond to inquiries related to details of the Campaign.
  • Users will bear all fees incurred (e.g. internet connection fee, etc.) when entering the Campaign or making inquiries related to the Campaign.
  • Please note that entry requirements and prizes of the Campaign are subject to change.
  • Multiple entries are not allowed and will be void.
  • When deemed necessary, the Company may change, suspend, cancel or terminate part, or all services related to the Campaign without prior notice.
  • The Company will not be responsible for any damages that occurred upon changing, suspending, canceling or terminating the services.
  • All changes made to the services, and Terms and Conditions, will take effect immediately upon amendment.
  • If the Company finds out that a user has violated the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign, the entry of the user will be void and appeals will not be considered.
  • The Campaign and its Terms and Conditions will be applied by Japanese law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Campaign will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
  • All incomplete entries (e.g. insufficient personal information) will automatically be void without notice.
  • The Company will contact each winner by the email address provided by the user upon entering the campaign. Please ensure that your email settings allow email addresses ending with @nextninja.co.jp to send you emails.
  • All winners will be determined strictly by lot. Only those who respond to the Company’s notification email will be confirmed as winners. 
  • If the Company does not receive a response from a winner within seven days after the notification email is sent out, the entry of the winner will be void.
  • The Company will announce information on when winner notification emails and in-game items will be distributed on its official Twitter.
  • The Company will have no concern and will not be responsible for any missing parcel or damages during shipping.
  • If the Company is unable to deliver a prize for whatever reason (e.g. prize winner is not at home, unable to obtain information such as address or name of the winner, etc.), the entry of the winner will be void.
  • In order to collect in-game items distributed from the Campaign, users have to log in to the game during the distribution period.
  • Winner notification emails will be sent out in late July 2022. However, as the prizes can only be shipped out after they are available on the market, sending of winner notification emails and shipping of prizes may be delayed.
  • The Campaign is open worldwide but is void where prohibited by law.

[Terms and Conditions]

The following are the Terms and Conditions for the “1st Anniversary Everyone Wins Campaign” of Touhou Lost Word (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign”). By entering the Campaign, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to them. Minors should obtain the consent of their parents or guardians before entering.

 

■Application of the Terms and Conditions

・In addition to the Terms and Conditions, all notes on the campaign notice, rules and regulations, as well as entry requirements (hereinafter referred to as “Notes”) will apply. In cases where the details of the Notes and that of the Terms and Conditions do not agree, the former shall prevail.

・Even if parts of the Terms and Conditions or Notes become null and void under law, all other parts shall still apply.

 

■Basic Requirements

  • Each user can only enter the Campaign using one account.
  • The Campaign is open worldwide but is void where prohibited by law.
  • When deemed necessary, the Company may change, suspend, cancel or terminate part, or all services related to the Campaign without prior notice.
  • The Company will not be responsible for any damages that occurred upon changing, suspending, canceling or terminating the services.
  • All changes made to the services, and Terms and Conditions, will take effect immediately upon amendment.
  • If the Company finds out that a user has violated the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign, the entry of the user will be void and appeals will not be considered.

  • Any resale of prizes or rights of entitlement, assignment of rights of entitlement, or exchanging of prizes for cash is prohibited.
  • Winners found violating any items stated in the Terms and Conditions or Notes of the Campaign will have their rights to receive the prizes void. 
  • If a user is found entering multiple entries, all entries will be void.
  • Winners will not be allowed to choose the prizes.
  • The Company will have no concern and will not be responsible for any missing parcel or damages during shipping.
  • If the Company is unable to deliver a prize for whatever reason (e.g. prize winner is not a home, unable to obtain information such as address or name of the winner, etc.), the entry of the winner will be void.
  • Users will bear all fees incurred (e.g. internet connection fee, etc.) when entering the Campaign or making inquiries related to the Campaign.
  • Please note that users who uninstall or reset the Tohou Lost Word app before the end of the Campaign may have their entries void.
