Details
Create a team of your strongest Friends to take on new powerful bosses! In VS. Divergent Spirits, you’ll go head to head against challenging encounters that get more difficult as you play!
New stages will be released on a regular basis! Clear the level 100 stage to unlock special rulesets that increase the challenge! These rulesets include difficulty modifiers such as:
– Lowering the Divergent Spirit’s Level
– Raising the Divergent Spirit’s Level
– Adjusting the stage rules to power up the Divergent Spirits or weaken your party
You’ll be able to challenge Divergent Spirits up to level 120!
By battling through the adjustable stages, you’ll be able to earn special items!
Think you’re up for the challenge? Try out VS. Divergent Spirits when it releases on March 3rd’s maintenance!
*Please note, you must complete the Main Story Quest in order to access VS. Divergent Spirits.

VS. Divergent Spirits Stages
Two stages will be available when VS. Divergent Spirits launches on March 3rd!
VS. Divergent Spirits Letty Whiterock (L1)
A boss challenge against Letty Whiterock (L1)!
Yuuka Kazami (H5) is the optimal character to bring in order to clear this boss encounter.
This quest will drop Scrolls, Tiles, and Books! The type and rarity will vary depending on the difficulty! You will also earn Scrolls, Tiles, Books, Medicine, Superior Incense, and Incense Burners for first-time clears!
You’ll also earn an exclusive Story Card by clearing this quest! The ★5 Story Card “Infinity Garden” will be available!
Letty Whiterock (L1)’s VS. Divergent Spirits stage will be available for 2 weeks, so make sure to give it a try!

VS. Divergent Spirits Marisa Kirisame (A6)
A boss challenge against Marisa Kirisame (A6)!
Reimu Hakurei (F1) is the optimal character to bring in order to clear this boss encounter.
This quest will drop Scrolls, Tiles, and Books! The type and rarity will vary depending on the difficulty! You will also earn Scrolls, Tiles, Books, Medicine, Superior Incense, and Incense Burners for first-time clears!
You’ll also earn an exclusive Story Card by clearing this quest! The ★5 Story Card “Behind the Bullets: Reimu” will be available!
Marisa Kirisame’s VS. Divergent Spirits stage will be available for 2 weeks, so make sure to give it a try!

VS. Divergent Spirits Ritual Prayers
Along with the new VS. Divergent Spirits Challenge mode content, two new Ritual Prayers are making their way to Touhou LostWord!
You can earn these Rituals by clearing the VS. Divergent Spirits stages.
VS: Divergent Spirits Ritual
When you perform a Prayer, you will receive a Friend or Story Card at random.
You can perform Prayers with VS: Divergent Spirits Ritual.
VS: Divergent Spirits Guaranteed Ritual
When you perform this Prayer, you will receive a Friend at random.
You can perform Prayers with VS: Divergent Spirits Guaranteed Ritual.
These ritual Prayers will also include exclusive characters not found anywhere else in the game! Urumi Ushizaki (L1) will be exclusive to these Ritual Prayers!
Both of these Prayer Pools include all Standard Prayer Friends as well as Urumi Ushizaki (L1).
New characters will be periodically added to the Friend Pool, so make sure to check back often!
